Wednesday is my favorite day of the week. I love Wednesdays because it’s when I’m able to pray for my friend’s on-point. That’s right, no more waiting for the end of the week, once a week. Now you can be prayed for every Wednesday.
Wednesday Prayer For A Friend
- I pray that God will comfort you, love you and protect you always. i am always here for you if you need a friend. God loves you!
- My dearest friend, where do I begin? You have been there for me when everyone else has said goodbye. You have shared my tears and held me tight when I couldn’t see straight. Today is Wednesday, and although we might not see eye to eye on everything – you are the one person who shares a piece of my heart forever. I pray that our paths cross in this life again so that I can show you how much your friendship has meant to me.
- You are always there for me. Today, Wednesday, reminds me of your friendship that I have cherished all these years.
- God help me grow in my love for you. You are a special woman and I pray that you always know that. It’s hard to describe my feelings for you, but I will never stop trying. Even when the world seems chaotic, be assured that I am thinking of you. I pray your life is full of joy, compassion and grace. If a prayer reaches God’s ears, it is because it has been echoed by another heart first. God loves us all and loves us the same.

- God is so good! Wednesday is my “friend” who needs prayer. She is still battling cancer even after being declared. Her doctors have discovered two small tumors that need to be removed again and she has been given a date to come back in for the surgery sometime in the near future. I ask that you pray for her safety during this surgery, and for her comfort during her stay in the hospital after the procedure.
- Lord, help my friend deal with the pain of loss. Give him the strength to move on and a new beginning.

- Lord, please grant your child friend peace, strength, and comfort to face all the challenges life will bring. Please take away any and all anger, jealousy, hatred and envy that he/she may be experiencing towards anyone. We ask you to cover him/her with your calming light and a cocoon of warmth. Grant him/her the spiritual balance of mind, body, and soul needed to heal his/her wounds and seek your higher guidance on earth.
- Pray today that our friend will trust in God and realize that He is there for her. She’ll feel the support, comfort and safety she needs from the Lord. Pray for God to emerge as a source of strength for her in times of need. Allow the Holy Spirit to move deep within her heart to give her hope and courage, so she may experience freedom from fear, guilt and sorrow and know Him as her only permanent source of comfort. Pray for peace to fill her soul.
- I pray that one day you will learn to love yourself. I know you have a lot of pain inside. You are struggling now and don’t see any way out but there is. Seek God deeper, turn off the tv and get on your knees and beg him to help you see his purpose and plan for your life. Listen to that still small voice deep in your heart. Don’t be afraid to reach out for help, people want to support and care for you. You are worth it!
- I pray that this person finds peace, hope and comfort as they move into the new world.

I pray that the wrong person doesn’t come along and play with it again. I pray for a miracle and a happy ending, even if it’s not with me. Mom can come home from work and tell me the whole story.
