I think the ability to recognize what you’ve accomplished is one of the most challenging things to do, but also so very important. We don’t do enough of it. I know I don’t. So this week when reflecting on my work, I decided to write a post about how important it is to be intentional about building self-appreciation (or at least striving for it), and how doing so can help you become more productive and happy.
